MataShop (operated at matashop.shop) is an online cross-border marketplace that connects independent sellers with buyers around the world. Our platform lists products across consumer categories — including beauty, jewelry, home goods, electronics accessories and fashion — supplied by verified third-party sellers as well as products offered directly by MataShop.

What we do

• We operate the online storefront, payment checkout and order-management systems.
• We verify sellers before their listings go live. Identity verification (KYC) is applied to sellers to reduce fraud and counterfeiting on the platform.
• We provide buyer support for orders, payments, refunds and disputes through live chat and email.
