- Order information: shipping address, contact number, order history and payment records (we do not store full card numbers — payments are processed by our payment providers).
- Seller verification (KYC): sellers who choose to open a store may be asked to provide identity documents. This is used solely to verify identity, reduce fraud and counterfeiting, and meet legal obligations. Buyers are never required to submit identity documents to shop.
- Usage data: device type, IP address, pages viewed and interactions, used to operate and improve the service and to prevent abuse.
2. How we use information
- To create your account, process orders, payments, refunds and deliveries.
- To provide customer support and respond to your requests.
- To verify sellers and maintain marketplace safety and integrity.
- To send transactional messages (order status, security alerts) and, where permitted, marketing you can opt out of.
- To detect and prevent fraud, abuse and prohibited activity.
3. Legal basis & sharing
We process personal data to perform our contract with you, for our legitimate business interests, and to comply with legal obligations. We share data only with: payment and logistics providers needed to fulfil orders; sellers, limited to the information required to ship your order; professional advisers and authorities where required by law. We do not sell your personal data.
4. Data retention & security
We keep personal data only as long as needed for the purposes above or as required by law. We use industry-standard measures such as HTTPS/TLS encryption, encrypted password storage, access controls and monitoring. No method of transmission is 100% secure, but we work continuously to protect your information.
